Parents, Friends and Community,        

Head Start is our Nation’s pride: 45 years of providing comprehensive services to preschoolers and their families, who are economically disadvantaged and struggling to meet the basic needs of life.  Renaissance Head Start has been actively involved in delivering services for 28 years.

Our comprehensive services include Health, Nutrition, Social Services, Early Childhood Development, Transition, Male Involvement, Parent Involvement, Healthy Relationships and Literacy Services including GED tutoring.

Our vision for the future is to continue to play a key role in the transformation of early childhood development and preparation for school readiness.

Renaissance Head Start has longevity working with challenging children and their families.  Together with staff, parents and community agencies and organizations, we will deliver on the promises that our children will have the opportunity to succeed.

Renaissance Head Start recognizes that parents are their children’s first and most influential teachers and their home's are the primary learning center.  Renaissance success is based on the partnerships between our staff and parents on behalf of their children.  We will continue to remove barriers for families to succeed and to empower them to support their children.
